Jenny is a Senior Associate in our Competition, Trade Practices and Regulatory team. She has a broad range of experience in competition and commercial law matters with an emphasis on consumer protection issues. In particular, she has advised major clients on their obligations regarding pricing, marketing, advertising, promotional and sponsorship activities, and in their dealings with distributors, suppliers, government agencies and third party contractors.
Jenny also practises in the area of information technology and has advised on, drafted and negotiated software licences and development agreements, outsource and system information agreements and software and hardware maintenance agreements, for a number of large corporations, including Microsoft.
Jenny also has a strong co-operatives background having had extensive experience in providing advice to co-operatives clients in relation to statutory and compliance issues, competition issues and commercial transactions. She has assisted in the production of a Director's manual and conducted corresponding Director's training for co-operatives clients.
Jenny joined Addisons as a Senior Associate in June 2007.
