Jamie is joined in the Gambling Law Team by Samuel Gauci. Sam has recently migrated to Australia from Malta where he was a practising solicitor for over 12 years. Having worked for the Malta Gaming Authority and in private practice in Malta, Sam has gained invaluable experience across many aspects of gambling law.
Also working on gambling law matters are solicitors Shanna Protic Dib and Joseph Abi-Hanna. Shanna has been with the Addisons Gambling Law Team for over two years and has had in-house experience in a leading entertainment company. Shanna’s work has focussed on various key probity investigations involving international investors, advising on advertising matters and more recently, advising on the legal and regulatory framework for new technologies in gambling. Joe joined the Gambling Law Team on a full-time basis after nearly 3 years with Addisons, completing the Graduate Programme and a clerkship. During his time at Addisons, he has focussed on sports integrity issues, interactive gambling and probity and licensing matters.
