It is prepared using extensive market research and client interviews.

Karen Hayne and Phil Stern were ranked as notable practitioners in their respective fields of Intellectual Property and Restructuring and Insolvency. Clients were impressed by Karen’s “conscientiousness and pragmatism” while Phil Stern was described as “passionate and straight talking” with “focus and gravitas”.

Jamie Nettleton received Australia’s only international ranking for his Gaming practice, with clients describing him as “a calm and affable character who deeply understands the law and his business”.

Our Competition, Trade Practices and Regulatory Group received a Practice Group ranking placing it among some of the largest and most well known Competition groups in Australia. The Group was described as a “tough team to match an ever tougher ACCC” with Kathryn Edghill being noted for her ability to “manage the complex choreography of large matters in a convincing, robust and successful way”.
