Robin is a Senior Associate in the Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions team at Addisons. Robin has over 9 years’ experience in the areas of corporate and commercial law.
Robin acts for a wide range of private and publicly listed Australian and international companies in a wide variety of industries including oil and gas, fashion design, waste management, transport, agriculture, horticulture, fisheries, medical and dental, tertiary education, IT, design and marketing.
Robin is also experienced in advising upon and drafting a range of corporate and commercial arrangements and agreements, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate fundraisings and corporate reconstructions. Robin regularly advises on corporate, commercial and statutory compliance issues and attends to a variety of company secretarial matters and statutory filing requirements on behalf of clients.
In addition, Robin has recently been involved in the sale by Santos Group of certain Queensland upstream gas assets to the Malaysian company, PETRONAS.
Robin was admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales in December 2004 and is also admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales where he previously worked in both private practice and as corporate counsel for a leading UK travel company. Robin joined Addisons in October 2004 and became a Senior Associate in July 2008. Prior to commencing at Addisons, Robin worked at a leading Australian law firm.
