Tony practises in the corporate and commercial area with special expertise in the law of co-operatives in New South Wales and other Australian jurisdictions. He is a member of the Legislative Review Committee of the Co-operatives Council and is recognised as a leader in co-operative law. Tony and his team have achieved many innovative and successful outcomes for co-operatives.
Tony has advised a large number of co-operatives and companies, and their Boards, on their corporate structures and commercial transactions.
He also has a special interest in assisting individual clients plan for their retirement. He enjoys providing advice to clients concerning their estate planning, asset protection, family trusts, family companies and wills.
Tony has been with the firm since 1964 and was senior and managing partner for many years before becoming a Consultant with the firm in 2005.
