Jennifer is a Senior Associate in our Commercial Property team. She is experienced in the purchase and sale of large commercial properties and businesses. Recent transactions in which Jennifer was involved include:
- the sale of the Sydney Opera House Car Park
- the sale of the Novotel Century Hotel in Darling Harbour, Sydney
- the acquisition of the integrated resort development at Sanctuary Cove, Queensland
- the sale of 49.9% of Norwest Business Park, Sydney
- a takeover offer for the Grand Hotel Group
- the acquisition of the Singapore Airlines Limited Australian property portfolio.
In addition, Jennifer has experience in liquor licensing, environmental law and executive employment. She has also been involved in a number of large and complex banking matters.
Jennifer also has a broad experience in general commercial matters including drafting commercial contracts such as distribution agreements, agency agreements, sale of goods agreements and service agreements. She has acted both for landlords and tenants in many commercial leases including leases of office space, industrial premises, retail premises and vineyards.
Jennifer was admitted as a solicitor in 1996 and was appointed a Senior Associate in 2002.
