Renee is a Senior Associate in the Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions team at Addisons. She specialises in initial public offerings, capital raisings and mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Renee has extensive experience in a broad range of corporate and commercial matters such shareholders' agreements, joint ventures and corporate restructures.
Renee acts on behalf of several publicly listed and private companies involved in merger and acquisition transactions, and has been responsible for the co-ordination of extensive due diligence processes involving a variety of complex legal issues.
In addition, Renee has also recently been involved in the initial public offerings and ASX listings of a number of companies, including Centrebet International Limited, Nanosonics Limited, Cheviot Kirribilly Property Group, Nick Scali Limited, Golden Tiger Mining NL and Cheviot Bridge Limited.
Renee was admitted as a solicitor in Australia in 2003 and became a Senior Associate in July 2007. Prior to commencing at Addisons, Renee worked at a leading international law firm.
