David specialises in initial public offerings, public capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, and general compliance with the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules.
David has over 28 years of combined experience in private legal practice, as in-house counsel and investment banker, including working for over four years in London, primarily with the leading commercial law firm of Allen & Overy.
David is committed to the efficient and timely project management of the offer and listing process to ensure clients achieve their commercial aspirations on a "value-added" basis.
David has acted on more than 22 initial public offerings including the recent floats of Centrebet International Limited, Nanosonics Limited, Nick Scali Limited, SciGen Limited, Julia Ross, Golden Tiger Mining NL, Cheviot Bridge Limited and Artist & Entertainment Group.
David was a partner with Norton Smith & Co from 1996 to 1999 when the practice merged with Coudert Brothers, an international law firm with an office in Sydney.
David was admitted as a solicitor in Australia in 1978 and in the United Kingdom in 1984, and has been a Partner in Addisons since October 2004.
