- the sale of the Sydney Opera House Car Park ($75m)
- the sale of the Novotel Century Hotel in Darling Harbour, Sydney ($43m)
- the purchase of the Principal Hotel Group ($400m)
- the acquisition of the integrated resort development of Sanctuary Cove, Queensland ($208m)
- the sale of 49.9% of Norwest Business Park, Sydney ($140m)
- the float of the Cheviot Kirribilly Property Group ($50m)
- a takeover offer for Grand Hotel Group ($360m)
- the acquisition of the Singapore Airlines Limited Australian property portfolio.
In addition, David has extensive experience in a broad range of corporate and commercial matters such as the acquisition and sale of businesses, shareholders' agreements, joint ventures and corporate restructures.
David was admitted as a solicitor in 1985, joined Addisons in 1986, and has been a Partner since 1991.
